C2 Community Development is a development company created with the goal to disrupt and tackle the housing/shelter crisis, especially in underserved communities. Being a sister company to The C2 Contracting Company, we create an edge with our in-house capabilities throughout the entire development process; from aquisition and design to construction. This ability brings value to our projects, investors, and joint venture partners by reducing costs and streamlining the entire process.

We have in house architects, engineers, construction managers, property managers and business professionals that can evaluate, source and put together the most complex of deals and manage the most complex of properties, bringing instant value from the inception of an agreement to completion and handover to the end user.
